John C. Goede

John C. Goede is a seasoned attorney with extensive expertise in real estate development, estate planning, and corporate law. He has represented developers on projects spanning office buildings, residential and mixed-use communities to retail centers and industrial properties, while also advising major financial institutions, landlords, and tenants on complex contracts and leases.

 

An authority in generational planning, asset protection, and charitable giving, Mr. Goede counsel’s private clients, fiduciaries, and institutions on strategies to preserve wealth, minimize transfer taxes, and navigate trust and estate administration. His experience further extends to mergers and acquisitions, corporate transitions, and entity formations, offering comprehensive insight into both personal and business matters.

 

Mr. Goede’s leadership was instrumental in guiding his firm to significant growth during one of the most challenging recessions in U.S. history. Today, he applies this same legal and strategic expertise to Galleria Grown LLC, advising on global trade structures, risk management, and long-term growth strategies that ensure the company’s commodities are delivered with trust, stability, and integrity.

John Hester 

V.P. Commodity Expert Paraguay

John Hester is an accomplished professional with a diverse background spanning military service, education, aviation, and corporate leadership. After six years in the Military, he transitioned into academia, earning a degree in Education and serving as a teacher before moving into airline operations with Eastern Airlines. His entrepreneurial drive led to the successful establishment of two businesses and a distinguished career at Cinergy Communications, where he advanced from Sales Manager to Sales Director, significantly contributing to the growth of a multi-million-dollar company. 

 

Today, John serves as Vice President, Commodity Expert for Galleria Grown LLC in Asunción, Paraguay, representing the company’s mission to deliver trusted, high-quality global commodities with integrity and excellence.

 

Known for his mentorship, consultancy, and community service—including roles as chaplain—he combines professional achievement with a deep commitment to enriching the lives of others. Above all, John values his role as a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.

Savana Francia

Savana Francia brings a sharp eye for detail and a natural talent for communication to her work with Galleria Grown. She ensures every part of the brand is represented with precision and professionalism, from overseeing branding to coordinating partner communication. Through her guidance, the company’s message remains as strong and reliable as the products it delivers.

 

Her role centers on making sure nothing gets overlooked—whether in contracts, communication, or brand representation. By bridging vision with execution, Savana positions Galleria Grown as a company clients can trust, where transparency and quality are always at the forefront.

 

Blending creativity, organization, and strategic oversight, Savana plays a vital role in shaping how Galleria Grown shows up in the global commodities space, ensuring the company’s reputation reflects its deep commitment to excellence.

Angel Orozco 

V.P. Commodity Expert Mexico

Ángel G. Orozco is an international entrepreneur who specializes in connecting opportunities across Mexico, Latin America, and global markets. His work spans commodities, financial services, renewable and traditional energy, logistics, wellness, and beyond.

 

After founding and managing multiple ventures in Mexico and the U.S., Ángel returned to Mexico to expand his family’s business interests and lead initiatives with state governments and enterprises such as CFE and PEMEX. Drawing on his MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, he brings expertise in market expansion, alliance development, and relationship-building.

What sets Ángel apart is his collaborative approach. He partners with growers, manufacturers, and financial leaders to create sustainable, cross-border opportunities that drive growth and deliver solid returns. His entrepreneurial ventures include companies in consumables, nutrition, consulting, energy, healthcare, commodities trading, and logistics.

Beyond business, Ángel is committed to community impact. He previously served as Country Representative for an international nonprofit, leading programs to support schools, hospitals, and NGOs serving underprivileged communities in Mexico.
Ángel holds dual citizenship in Mexico and the U.S., divides his time between Tampa and Chihuahua, and is dedicated to his most important role: together with his wife, Sucil, raising their seven children.

Carlos Baum

International Trade Consultant

Carlos Baum has extensive experience in the commercial sectors of Latin America. He served as Director of the consulting firm INGEMP Argentina for more than ten years, where he specialized in market research for mass-consumption and durable goods. He later joined GfK in Buenos Aires as a Team Manager, coordinating consulting operations and market analysis projects.

 

Carlos has also developed his career within multinational companies in the consumer goods industry, including Coca-Cola and Kimberly-Clark, among others. From 2017 to 2020, he worked in government roles, coordinating political blocs across various provinces of the Argentine Republic.

 

Currently, Carlos specializes in international trade consultancy for commodities such as beef, sheep, poultry, grains, sugar, and fuels (EN590, Jet A1, D6), as well as gold and other high-value goods. He maintains direct relationships with processing plants and refineries across multiple countries and actively leads negotiations in these sectors.

 

His work is defined by professionalism, integrity, and a strong commitment to achieving results through teamwork and strategic collaboration.
